We call our studio the House of Poppins for a reason. It is a place that everyone; team members, clients and collaborators alike, are all welcome to pop by any time. Whether it’s for a tea and chat, or an in-depth, sky’s the limit ideation session (we love an ideation session).
It might sound cheesy, but we’re incredibly proud of the culture and atmosphere we’ve created. Everyone is always free to explore ideas, solutions and, most importantly, to grow.
As well as a generous annual personal health and wellness package, we also hold quarterly wellness workshops.
We’re big fans of leaving things better than we found them, which is why we match any money you raise for charity, up to £1,000.
In addition to the option to work from home for up to two days a week, you can also work from anywhere in the world for up to two weeks a year.
If bookclub or painting evenings aren’t your thing, there’s yoga and padel, or movie nights and occasionally karaoke (yes, I’m afraid so).
Apart from Monday breakfast, tasty lunches, and healthy snacks, we also enjoy seasonal dinners and monthly get-togethers.
The James Adams-designed, Georgian town house is a Grade II listed building, and a place we're very lucky to call home. The owners do amazing work offering advice, support and assistance to the architectural community and their families.
Whether it’s soup kitchens or community gardens, for two days of the year the whole company volunteers at a chosen social impact, community-boosting charity.
